Timothy Holt has been assisting investors since 1989. His entire team is dedicated to helping clients in all aspects of their lives. His area of specialization is financial planning for retired individuals.
People who consult with Tim and his associates can expect to hear ways to help lead independent lives through the protection of their financial future. Tim has been a radio personality giving financial advice on several radio stations. Various magazines and newspapers have published his work. He is a frequent lecturer and has spoken to thousands of people on topics such as protecting financial assets and estate planning, reducing taxes, asset allocation, and simplifying financial affairs. Tim is a real senior advocate whose goal is for his clients to enjoy their "Golden Years."

Tim specializes in working with seniors and those nearing retirement. He is the President of Preservation Capital Group LLC. His insurance agency, Value Health & Life Insurance Services has locations up and down California's Central Coast. He is the branch manager for the Atascadero office of Madison Avenue Securities, Inc. member FINRA/SIPC. He holds the following securities registrations: General Securities Principal and Municipal Fund Securities Principal. He has taken additional training and earned designations in income planning. Timothy is a person of high integrity and ethical standards and applies this to his business and client relationships. Tim believes in keeping on top of all the changes in his field and is a member of different industry associations including the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants (NACFC), and the National Ethics Bureau.

Tim, his wife Jeanette and his three children Emma, Claire, and Abigayle live in San Luis Obispo County. They are actively involved in their community and church.
Tim's hobby is golf and he tries to get out and play once a week. His community involvement includes: Past Board of Directors Central Coast First Tee, Past President of the South Pasadena, San Marino Y's Men's Club, Past Lieutenant Governor of Y's Men's International, Past President of Templeton Kiwanis Club, Member of the American Red Cross Disaster Action Team and he helped form the North County Senior Network.
